At Yasu Matcha Club, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

Conditions for Returns:

  • If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photographs or further details to assess the issue and initiate a return or exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are not faulty cannot be returned.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email our customer support team at info@yasumatchaclub.com with your order number and relevant information, and we will guide you through the return or replacement process. Please note, we don’t provide return labels, all returns are at your own cost.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 working days.
